    okay when i go to install the program it'll install and then i can't find it but it's the add/remove programs. help?

    I downloaded it and it has a folder that has the setup command in it and then i press setup. it does the transfer file thing where it shows papers going from one folder to another in a little box. but then nothing happens? help please ten points to the answer that works :)
