NO, it's Nokia's fault for firmware bug that reboots the phone, other phones don't reboot. You should be complaining to them.

I've have two E71s,(-2 and -1) and I've used the Nokia beta email client (which is pretty buggy) and I've never had battery life that poor. I can usually get 48+ hours and that includes decent usage of email, browsing, bluetooth, gps, text messaging and calls.

I just don't know if I can possibly sell the 5800 after viewing movies on it... its amazing. They should call it XpressMovies not Xpressmusic... What a great phone, unless the N97 is built like crap, its going to be insane - touchscreen of the 5800, huge screen, physical qwerty with a 5mp...
