Can we install Android on Symbian phones like Satio?

I'm planning to buy a HTC Touch HD - Confused!!!?
coz I prefer a front cam what do you guys think should go ahead or wait for the windows phone to show up with it new models . My preferences are:l Front cam Big screen 512 ROM I am In india!!!!
