my ford focus starts making loud noise once i reach 55 to 62 mph. under and over it doesn't make noise. what could it be?

hey y'all i am a girl and have no clue about cars. i found this car. dodge neon sedan from 2005 60k miles.. how long does dodge usually last. does it needs lots of repairs? how much a parts and most important when i go to the dealer what should i look for?

it has 60k on it right now. how long can u drive a dodge if u take care of it?
