    That has absolutely nothing to do with how finances are best managed by either. Plenty of dictatorships have gone broke because their fiscal policy was total shit, the Soviet Union being an obvious example, and plenty of democracies have done the same, Greece being an obvious example.

    I use CDMA workshop to unlock phone and load PRL, and then I use lg Download with the 8500 dll to edit the NV items and write them to the phone. You should be able to find most of this by googling. I paid for CDMA workshop/ however I have heard there is a free version floating around I think...
