    i have a 1979 honda xl125s (off road use). i want to get it road legal for uk roads.. i need to know if this bike has "European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval". or will i have to get it MSVA ? can dvla tell me if that model has European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval?
