    I replaced a blower fan resistor in a 2000 Ford Focus, why is the resistor overheating?

    If it gets any hotter, the resistor will stop working. Does anyone know what the problem is, and how to fix it? Thanks.

    When I drive at highway speeds, air whistles through the weather stripping. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I might fix it? Thanks!
