    Retro Bicycle light to LED Conversion?

    I built a motorized bicycle and it has a generator that puts out 12v 6w. It has a 12v headlight, 6v tail light, and 2 turn signals. The headlight is really dim, how would I go by converting it to LED? I've never worked with LED's so I'm clueless.

    I just bought a 2005 Honda Civic Si, but I don't like the seats. Is there any way I can put leather seats into it possibly ? Where would I start with this process ? Do people do this or am I just strange ? :P Maybe not even leather seats, just different types of seats. Thanks in advance
