    Has One cross country skied during a winter past? The white beauty & elegant terrain...

    ...was once so inviting? Too cold & too old now. In the 80s, I visited Yellowstone in early Feb & X-C skied pass Elk, Buffalo in the near distances and spotted geysers & hot pools with whiteness all around. It is a wonderful memory of nature in Winter .
