    When is the Pell Grant issued for Summer Financial Aid?

    Is it AFTER you take your summer courses? Thats what my schools financial aid office is saying and that sounds kinda fishy to me...they messed up my summer financial aid app. cuz i finished it a long time ago long story short they RECENTLY put that it was completed. Someone please help!
