    trim off any fat. cut into small bite sized chunks. Sautee in a pan with a little butter or oil, your prefered seasoning. Cook about 10 min. until peices are all white, no pink left. Add to your spaghetti.

    yes, seal it up good so it doesn't leak juices. Make sure you cook it within 2-3 days or it will spoil.
