If you have a family plan with unlimited texting, I believe that the 9.99 add on line will be included in the texting. That is how ours works. $30 a month add on for unlimited texting, but all lines on the account have it.

Further to gwapz's reply, *#7370# hard reset will delete any information in the phone's memory, including apps, contacts, e-mails, messages, etc. It will not affect any mass storage memory, either memory card or built-in. The factory, or soft, reset, I believe will leave this information...

They've certainly addressed some of the concerns I have with S60v5. The side menu disappears on its own. To get it back up he was having trouble, but I guess its a start and some FW 6 months later will fix that. Overall, its looking decent in the few things they decided to show. But WTF...
