    Hamster has fur loss and flaky skin?

    He is about 7 months old and HE is a fancy Russian hamster. we have been using Ultra care flea and thick for a while because he had the symptoms for having ticks/fleas. His belly has little to no fur and a few yellow flaky spots , I haven't the slightest what this is , please help?
