    according to the law? I have a 1987 toyota pick up and I have red tape over a broken lens. will that pass inspection according to NCDMV inspection laws.

    I know it is a problem with the engine. When the automatic choke is on or the engine idles very high or the pedal is to the floor there is no problem.
