Could be. I would suggest taking a urine sample to the vet. Or even better, having the vet get the sample right from her bladder with a sterile needle. That way, the blood that is in her vulva from being in estrus will not be confused with a bladder infection.

I'm not even going to ask how you know what their pee smells like...haha. If there is a concern, I would suggest getting her urine analyzed by your vet. It may be an infection.
