I just bought a Sanyo Xacti camcorder. Why is it when I upload videos to my laptop or my sisters, when i play the videos they don't play smoothly...its like they skip every 5 seconds.

Preferably somewhere that plays all kinds of genres but if not its ok. Somewhere nice not ghetto.
