    can i exercise on my chest tomorrow?

    i have lots of spare time at the moment and feel like going to the gym most days. I need to really work on my chest and biceps - so far i have done: Sunday Chest Monday Biceps and i was hoping to do chest again tomorrow - will this be ok?

    if i exercise and eat healthily, will i build muscle?

    i lift weights every other day and do cardio the days when i don't lift weights. i like to eat healthily, lots of fruit and vegetables etc. and thought that if i eat more i am likely to build muscle??? Do you need calories to build msucle???

    i wat to bulk up in 13 weeks. If i do weights every other day, cardio o the days i don't lift weights, do you expect me to see results in this time?

    when bulking and eating clean foods?

    i am bulking up and eat really healthy foods. lots of fruit and veg, brown breads etc. as well as training 6 days a week. is it ok for me to eat as much as i want - as long as they are heralthy calories? i.e. as much fruit and veg, white meat as i like?
