yeah with jump it is like they are never busy. lol. they get on the phone right away. when i programmed my 650 yesterday all they told me is that it might not work with all the jump services but if i have used it with cricket it should work. oh and that there was a 15 dollar fee. that sucked

i think you need to chose v3cm as the model to get the multimedia studio option to show in mpt. alternatively you can send through bt from the computer if you have an adapter (~$25)
