Name of old spectrum computer game?

Im trying to remember the name of an old computer game for the spectrum 48K. You ran around the inside of *I think* a speccy 48K computer killing baddies. The levels were made up of sections of the boards from the inside the speccy. I cant for the life of me remember what the game was called...

In martial arts, what is more important to train for? Endurance or Power?

I'm working on developing a weight training program. Now to develop muscular endurance, you need to do about 3 or 4 sets of 15 reps per exercise To develop muscular power, you need to do about 4 or 5 sets of 3 to 5 reps per exercise Completely opposite ends of the spectrum. So if you're...

I had a horrific nightmare about a putrid smelling plastic tube last night... help?

I was trapped inside a large hollow perspex tube which was inside an abandoned factory stairwell that was within an old industrial estate. the tube was lodged inbetween trolleys and junk partially under the stairs. It was really dim and gloomy but my heart was racing. The perspex tube was...

My Sanyo Vizon screen went white. It will work sometimes and other times is

all white. Sound works.? Sanyo Vizon works sometimes but mostly when I turn it on the screen is all white. The sound works just fine. You can change channels and adjust the volume but nothing but white on the screen. What could the problem be and is it worth getting fixed?

are there any movies that follow a similar pattern to Tv shows like 'Over the Rainbow'?

I loved the programmes 'over the rainbow' and 'I'd do anything' but I was wondering if there were any films similar to these, where you get people singing lots of different songs that are from any era and by anyone. I don't want musicals cos I've seen them all, and I'm looking for something...

Is the Yamaha APX500MF a good guitar?

I'm looking for a really nice acoustic-electric, a little beautiful sunburst never hurts, but obviously I want good sound for the best price. I played several guitars including $1200+ guitars and I couldn't "feel" anything with some of them (and they're out of my budget).

What is it called when you double snap your fingers, then "clap" a fist into the

palm of the hand? I love doing this, I'm always doing it. Snap one with each finger, then clapping an open fist into the palm of a hand. Is there a name for this absurdity?

How to control line spacing in HTML, no CSS allowed?

The <br> and <p> elements don't cut it. I need to control the spacing between my lines, and I can't use a style sheet. Trust me, I would love to.

Ghostly question: TV sets, why are they so susceptible to ... odd behavior?

Friend of mine has weird things happening in his apartment every so often. I blow most of it off on earthquake tremors/aftershocks (that's just me). But recently, he was watching TV while working, the TV volume started increasing. He took the remote and turned it down... then the volume...

Bride and Grooms First Dance Song?

This may be unusual, but I want to have 'I would do anything for love (but I wont do that)' by Meatloaf as my first dance. It's different, but just as romantic and it says exactly what I would want it to say. It's all about a man promising his wife/girlfriend/whatever, that he'll take care of...

What's the best way to introduce a kitten to the outdoors/other cats?

You don't "introduce" cats to one another. Do that, and the cat will introduce you to his set of claws. Ok, joking aside, we acclimated our cat to the expansive "world" by keeping him on a leash for a while. He was really young and cute, I remember, with big eyes and a determination to attack...

    Books to increase intelligence?

Reading in general will increase your intelligence, but probably the best advice I can give you is to just be curious. Read everything you can get your hands on. I prefer to read fiction, but right now I'm on a non-fiction kick with a bit of history. If the book is boring, I throw it away...

How can I sell my art?

Hmm... I've sold photographs at a gallery before and now that I think about it, it was definitely all under the table. I didn't even write receipts. Oops. I would start a website and form an LLC. Any income you make over a certain amount (varies by state, I think) needs to be reported for...
