i bought new replacement bulbs for my front and rear turn signals, but in the front turnsignals, it seems that the hole it has a small cut out on the in side of the fender? well any ways i can feel the connection but i just dont know how i can take it out for replacement. i hope i dont have to...

I have 14in. rims (stock) they are the ones with the hub caps ughhh.... but i wanna get the alloy rims from honda i have the tire size number 195/70R-14 but honda original Alloy rims come in 15in would this rim fit the tire size i curently have??? gee thanks in advance for who can help me out...
