    I bought my delve outright. And didn't get ins on it. I killed it and bought one from ebay but it's US Cellular. Can the Flash/reprogram it to Verizon

    I bought my delve outright. And didn't get ins on it. I killed it and bought one from ebay but it's US Cellular. Can the Flash/reprogram it to Verizon? I tried online and called verison but they can't acctivate it. THe MEID is only 14 charactors instead of 15?

    My buddy just got a new phone - Droid- and gave me his Samsung delve that was with US celular. I have a Verizon plan and was there anyway to use it on Verizon ?
