    Why do my shoulders hurt when I pull up to jump my bmx bike it hurts the shoulder joints bad and I tried strectching befor I ride but it really didn't help so is there any way I could stop the pain and why does it even hurt

    Im scared to try and 180 on my bmx bike now any tips on how to land it?

    Today I tryed to 180 on my bmx bike and failed and my knee hit the pedal and got pretty cut up now I'm kinda scared to try it again does anybody have any tips on how to land it and not hit my knee of the pedal
