If i reset my htc desire to factory settings does google keep track of what apps i have downloaded

With regards to the music player on the desire are you able to choose how the music is played eg shuffle, play all or to create a playlist thanks

I know the desire looks better on paper compared to the nexus 1 but what about the desire vs the legend, only difference i can see is that the legend has a smaller screen compared to the desire but is there any other differences

Ive just noticed that when i just turned the pc on the monitor would flash on and off wen it was at the windows loading screen and when it booted to desktop. I managed to stop it blinking just by giving it a soft whack and its now stopped, i thught maybe it was the vga cable that was loose but...
