i have a motorola em30 phone... i need it's music to be louder.. it's already on volume 20 and still nothing... can you guys help me make the mp3 or my phone loud like a speaker ?? already tried rockbox.. already tried mp3gain and wavepad...

if you don't get it.. for example... i used a Tv show in nickelodeon and translate it to our language and put it in out tv channel... is it illegal or not? because we have a channel in Philippines called TV5.. they translate almost all tv shows from other channels then put it in their channel...
