    What do I need to create a Boost Mobile account?

    Do I need a Boost Mobile phone to activate an account? I'm planning on flashing my Evo 3D to Boost Mobile, but I have yet to start an account. So do I need an actual Boost Mobile phone to start one? Or is it possible to start one with the Evo? Thanks!
