My facebook chat is making it show me going constantly offline then online!! how do i fix this?

I have about 13 pedals on my board and I am getting this high pitch hum through my board... I am using a snake to power 8 of the pedals... could it be they are to close together? or weird combo of pedals..? pleaase help
