    What if I can't appear in court? for a unpaid credit summons in CA?

    Can I respond and "appear" remotely (by phone) I noticed that in the CA court forms they do have a "Notice of Intent to Appear by Telephone". I was just served today and I moving to Colorado in two weeks. Horrible timing!
