    H4 HID bulb type fit on a 9006 HID ballast?

    Are HID ballasts universal? Because I'm going to end up buying brand new headlamps and the bulb type is an H4. My current bulb type is a 9006. So could I just buy an H4 Bulb and plug it into my current ballast or will the ballast connector be different on the H4?

    Does a student have to be a citizen or a green card holder to get a financial aid? What if they have an A2 visa?
