    Is a punch in the neck in fair game in the sport of boxing?

    i dont really know the rules to boxing, but i would think it is illegal. a punch to the neck would be hard to do without killing the other person, getting punched in the throat can cause a persons throat to collapse and suffocate.

    What are some at home shoulder excercises that don't involve weights?

    I know there's that pike pushup thing, but is there anything else? I don't have access to weights right now.
