    There are 5 people. 3 of them are lying, 2 are telling the truth. A says that D is lying. B says that C is lying. C says that A is telling the truth. D says that E is lying. E says that B is lying. Who's telling the truth and who's lying?

    I would have said Gimp (you find it online for free), but since you want to pay for a program that serves exactly the same purpose, I don't really have a recommendation except maybe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.
