92 honda civic 16 valve burning?
I already put a additive in it. Changed the valve stem seals. I bought the with a rebuilt head that had just been installed. I have no way to contact the owner either. It smokes on start up smokes at idle and pours smoke when at high rpm. there really does not seem to be any oil on the plugs at... -
