    I am having trouble trying to put a video on my boost mobile phone.?

    I have a 4GB Micro SD card and I was using Windows Media Player to sync the video on the card and it did it...but when i went to play the video all i heard was the audio from the video...is there some step that i missed?....Please let me know. :)
