spectrometer? could u pls tell me as examples what are the different sample preparation procedures??

If we need to perform a red cell count using a Neubauer haemocytometer on a blood sample diluted 1 in 200, and we counted a total of 525 red blood cells in the usual 5 counting areas, what would the likely red blood cell (RBC) count be for the patient? can u please show me how u would work t out.
