I love the top part of my body, but the lower part could use some major toning. I just want it to be proportional to the upper part of my body. Are there any foods and exercises that will not only make me look toner and slimmer down there, but also make me feel healthier too?

If you got all fives on your other tests, then why don't you use the same brand prep books that you used before?
I used Barron's this year. It SUCKS! The info is organized strangely and seems out of context. Five Steps to A Five were at my school's library. Those ROCK! They are so much better!
