Ok so finally found this issue. I guess it was wide spread with sprint Moment phones on Dec 1st. It puzzles me why my cricket network is being effected and 22 days after they fixed the sprint issues. My friend hinted that there was a fix using a 3rd party chat client. Anyone know about this?
