To me the car sits a little too low to the ground. The car has gas shocks(never heard of them). So how would I be able to get my car lifted at least an inch? And what all will I need to purchase?

2006 dodge charger 3.5L. Has lifter noise on start up, den decreases after 7 to 10 minutes. Could it be that oil isnt getting to the hydraulic lifters fast enough?
