How can I change this problem? I'm always flinching when someone is trying to touch me; sometimes people movements, etc. I was always made fun of because of this problem but I can't help it. I just have this feeling like someone is trying to hurt me.

Your getting all of that wrong. How about reading the Quran and find the answers yourself? You might also learn something new.
