You can go online to myverizon, and there will be a ticker on the bottom of the screen that will tell you how many months you are in until the 20 month mark. you are allowed to upgrade 1 year into your 2 year contract. but if you want the $100 credit you need to wait the full 20 months.

Does anyone know if you have 2 phones on your cell phone plan, and both phones are smartphones (Blackberry, droid, etc.) do you have to pay the $30 fee for the family plan, or pay $30 internet for each phone?
