    Why don't poetry sell successfully in the publishing world?

    what the genre that sells the best is books, of any kind really. and well people really dont like seeing open emotions, i myself (Though i should) try not to read poetry becuase i really understand what the writers try to say. That and its takes a poet to under stand what a poet says.
