If I were to walk into a store today and purchase a new Xbox 360 Arcade, would I have to worry about red ringing as much as I would have if I had bought one on launch day? and if not, what have those artards at Microsoft done to stop all those problems?     Can I take whey protein after sports like I am in a spring sport and I have like a 3-4 practice usually, and can I take whey protein after practice or a game, or does it have to be for workouts?

    Handycaped an new to sport?

    Handycaped an new to sport. was given a hipoint 40 acp. the clip is kinda mesed up but works with 4 shells in it. dos any body know where i can get a few shells for this. cant lie was told to try find some older/reloads/odd balls to start with. Any body can help !! ?
