I'm buying a Jeep and the dealer said the Jeep was towed a lot so that's why it has a LOT of miles. He said this is good for me since the car is cheap because of the miles but the motor is in great shape since it didn't work to put those miles on. Is this true?

he dived or not it was not a penalty and definitely not by the standards set by the ref earlier. anyways this much preference is always expected, so no surprises there
