i'm with wind and i am doing pay as you go without tab and i can pay whenever i want money on my phone , can i do the same on wind tab? like if i stop paying for two months because of vacation or something what happens?

my friend is selling an unlocked blackberry tour and i was wondering if it would work with wind cuz i don want to buy it if it wont end up working.... HELP please (:
