Sharp knee pain? Help!?
Today i stood up and my knee hurt so bad I had to lay down for a few minutes. This has happened twice. The pain is really unbearable and is coming from the sides of my knee cap and from inside the knee area. I could still move it while in pain but could not stand or walk. The pain diminished... -
