I replaced the bulb and it still isn't working. I don't know if this means anything, but 2 months ago the headlight went out then started working again after a week or so, and after a month of working, it's out again. Passenger low beam. What could this be, any chance it was a bad bulb I bought...

I bought this car with the drivers rear window not working. When I push the button it doesn't do anything. Not even any sound, as if it's not even connected. I thought it needed a new regulator, but now heard that no sound is the motor. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks for the help.
