Considering you're comparing two phones which we don't know all that much about, its a pretty worthless comparison. If you need a phone soon(and one of these), I'd say HD2 is your only pick here If you can wait, then compare them down the road

Yes you can keep the $30 iphone data plan and use it with any other phones. I currently have this $30 unlimited data plan. Since June, my micro sim has been in the iP4, or in an adapter in N97, Satio, ATT branded Android phone, and Unbranded Android phones without any data accessing nor billing...

I use it often, but not all the time.. It gets pretty irritating when you try and jack a ride and there is always a cop around, which can lead to more stars and getting hurt etc.

Just ran it through Dell and check out is 299 + 21.99 next day ship (270.99 after rebate). My only warning is Dell says next day from date it "ships". Which Dell might take 2-3 days for it to ship.
