    ...necessarily a shorted A.I.S.? . . . motor circuit (as the code is primarily described as by fault-code readers and most fault code lists).

    . . . has vacuum hoses connected to it, but no electrical connections; on a 1985 Dodge Omni in this case, but probably used elsewhere.

    . . . or is there no problems arising with signal noise from doing this, if the only signals present in that FCC-assigned frequency range happen to be the "pure" digital TV signals themselves?

    spokes at their ends? . . . assuming that you can figure out which ones to tighten and loosen by examining the wobble in the rim as it rotates.

    ...in either quarts or pints? . . . or can only latex types be color-matched?

    Is there a mechanical / chemical way to remove damaged factory-applied decals

    without damaging the paint under? . . . the decals, such as pin stripping, etc. Factory-applied decals tend to be much better adhered than simple stickers.
