Trying to find best photo share option but want secure as for family pics. Will it make it more secure with a long complicated URL?

I am hosting a quiz and I need a buzzer system for 8 people - the ones that if you press first it locks the others out. Any suggestions - either where to buy them or wacky alternative ways of buzzing in?? I am in the uk by the way. Many thanks
