    ...can put over this? I want to put a clear coat over the grout and ceramic tiles so I would have one glossy surface. I think this would be easier to clean and also look nice. Can automobile clear coat work? I need to paint it on, not spray.

    Well dug up in front garden, what should i do?

    I was digging a flower bed in my garden and as i put the fork into a particular area the earth fell away and a cavern / well appeared. It goes down about 2 metres where there is a load of earth and until that point it has circular bricked walls. This wasn't on my deeds when i bought the house...
