Lawmakers have exempted themselves and their union friends from every flavor of ObamaCare that came along. Is that fair? Is that legal? Is that moral? Is that the American way? Is that Constitutional? What say you? .

Or will their "specialness" like a favorite little child pass into law with them being exempt. Bonus question: WHEN their "specialness" gets challenged before the Supreme Court and they lose, will they have to pay the past tax retroactive? I don't think they would be charged fines, penelties...
