That's a very prejudiced and biased question, founded on your lack of appreciation for the music they play. Many people play music at an anti-social volume level, it has nothing to do with race or culture.

I imagine they played a serious amount of 'I spy'. Or '20 questions'. Or any similar 'games' that don't require any equipment.
